Help with timing of ADR @ Via Napoli

If I have an Epcot Fireworks Cruise (meet at Yacht Club @ 7:45), what time do you think I should I make a dinner ADR @ Via Napoli?

Personally I would make it no later than 5:30 but probably earlier. I wouldn’t want to feel rushed.
