Help With Tickets Please

Does US/IOA only have a 3 day pass unless you buy a flex ticket? We are staying at HRH for 7 nights and want to do Seaworld, but may also do Discovery Cove. If Seaworld is included in the DC tickets, I don't really need a flex ticket, but I want to spend more then 3 days at the US/IOA. We can take or leave Wet&Wild. Any help on what would be best for us?

USF/IOA does have a 3-day pass that is NOT a flex ticket. I used it on my September trip. The days do not expire if you don't use all three.
