Help with the extended hours

We are going down next week and I was wondering how they monitor who stays past close. We will be staying at GF. I was wondering if my DH could just pick up the bands for all of us or do we need to be present to show our room keys? Do they swipe the keys? I do not trust my DS(7) with a key.!!!Thanks

Every one must be present to get the wrist band. Even if one person had all the key cards for your group they could only get the one wrist band for themselves. The key cards are not scanned, but they must be shown to the CMs working at that station, along with a photo ID to prove who you are.
