We are coming to DL next week for the first time after being WDW vets. We have had plenty of opportunities to see MSEP and really don't have any desire to take up park time with scoping out a spot/waiting, etc. (well, actually I do, but I know I'm outnumbered ;-) )
So, my question is, not knowing the lay of the "'Land"
or the parade route (what is bottlenecked/blocked off, etc.) is there a section of the park that would be best to tour during this time that wouldn't be too affected by the route. I know in WDW Adventureland and Fantasyland/Tommorrowland aren't really affected, but moving from one to another during that time can be impossible.
This might be impossible to answer because it's such an individual thing based on likes/dislikes, but just wanted to see if there was any insight. I have two kind of wimpy kids (4 & 6) when it comes to rides (no coasters/"mountains", etc.- Put it this way IASW is both of their favorites) but my husband and I would like to trade off or single rider some of those rides so we can experience them, if any of that helps.
