I really like this forum, however it can be extremely frustrating when everyone uses terms that not everyone understands. We need a list of what all this shortcuts and abreviations actually mean. So that the new people, who may have something to add to the forum, can get up to speed. Thanks bjlc

example,, what is WRE?

Western River Expedition. That was an elaborately themed E-ticket attraction that was apparently supposed to be added to the MK at some point in the past. I don't know much about it. I get the impression that it got out of the rumor stage and was close to being made, but never materialized. As such, many who are skeptical that things like Expedition:Everest will actual happen point to this attraction that never was as proof that you really can't count on anything until you set foot on the ride.

It was a Marc Davis plan.

The step-children of Western River are Splash Mt. and Thunder Mt., both have some elements that evolved out of the Western River plans, both changed quite a bit.

This mean... NAHTAZU again.. someone using an abbreviation should at least once state the whole term and then use the abbreviation from then on.. Not everyone knows what you are talking about...

This one is a different animal. No abbreviation here. What you need to do is sound out and say the whole word. NAHTAZU. NAH.....TA.......ZU. Not a zoo. This was/is Disney's advertising campaign to deal with the perceived identity crisis that the AK suffers from. Seems that Disney determined that many guests believed that the AK was a zoo. However, AK isn't realy a zoo, it is a theme park themed around animals. Many people have a hard time seeing the difference. Hence Disney felt the need to tell people that it is NAHTAZU.
