You do not need to wear pantyhose.

In fact, if you follow fashion/style, you will find that pantyhose is no longer considered to be "in style" by many. (thank god!)
Here's an article (quite old now!) about this wondeful trend:

I know I wouldn't be caught dead in them, not because I care about fashion, but because I hate them! (and for those who work in offices--office wear mandates are different than fashion dictates, so of course hose are still worn in many office environments)

We've been to all 3 of these restaurants. Hands down, V&A is the BEST! But, you can't really go wrong with the other two either. We enjoyed all 3 of these restaurants and have returned to all of them several times (even V&A....3 times.)

I love V&A just for the experience. It's so different from anything you will find anywhere else on Disney property. For a truly special evening, you certainly can't go wrong with V&A. The last time we dined there, it was me, DH, and my husband's best friend (who was best man for our wedding.) Best Friend had heard us talk about V&A for a number of years and wanted to experience it for himself. Since he's a bachelor, we agreed he could go with us. We all had the best time together. As much as I enjoyed the 2 times dining there with just DH, having a great friend along as well was even better. ::MinnieMo

Just be aware that all the menus you have may have seen from V&A reviews are likely NOT to be the one you'll have the night you go. I say that because you mention that you love lobster. Lobster, especially in the form that you are probably familiar with, will very likely not be a menu item. Lamb has a fair chance of being on the menu; most likely there will be a filet, but that will probably be the only steak choice. Should add that at our last meal at V&A (our 26th there!!) there was no filet other than the special Kobe beef which cost extra. That's the first time that has ever happened--.
Also V&A comps valet parking at the Grand Floridian. MIght be a consideration when deciding how to get there.
V&A is clearly the superior restaurant from your list. But it does have it's price --both $$$$$ , length of meal, dress, and limited menu. If you decide to go, just be sure you really WANT to go....
