Help with room request

Looking for suggestions on room request. We have stayed at BC a few times and were very lucky both times with an amazing view of the boardwalk and Crescent Lake. We are headed down in a week and have a standard view. We requested a full size balcony and want to also request a view of something other than a rooftop. I realize that this is often what SV is but wondering if I should call BC directly or do I call the Disney reservation line to put in this request. Or.....do I just chance it and hope for the best???

There's no way to call BC directly. Your best bet is to call the Main Reservations line and add a request of "nice view please" to your reservation and then hope for the best. This can be done any time from the day you book up until 4-5 days out.

I agree with dansdad. Simply call the WDW reservation line and ask them to add "full balcony" "nice view" as requests on your reservation.
