Help with Romancing the Mouse

Has anyone stayed with them recently and have any contact phone #'s that they could PM me? I reserved a home with them back in Dec for 4/21-28 (week from today) and they have not responded to my Emails in the last few days for final directions and checkin instructions. I last had Email contact on 3/21 and they said all was fine and that 2 weeks ahead of time I'd get final instructions. From every review I've ever seen on them they have a great reputation. I'm scared its just an Email problem. Thanks for any help.

Never mind. I just heard from them. They are on vacation in Mexico -everything is fine w/our reservation. Panic attack over !!! I can't wait to stay at Windsor Hills. I'll post a review when we get back.

We stayed in the 5 bedroom Winsor hills home (next door to the 4 bedroom). TRUST ME, you have NOTHING to worry about! Mark and Holly are the BEST! They will make sure you are 100% comfortable with everything before they leave you on your own. Every good review you have heard is true. From the awesome muffins,cookies to the chocolate covered strawberrys........they really make you feel like "friends/family", more than "renters". They will go out of there way to make sure you have EVERYTHING you need.......... Dishsoap,laundrysoap,toiletpaper,papertowels,garbagebags,cleaners,videos,videogames,soap,shampoo,bathtowels,beachtowels,stroller etc,etc,etc........EVERYTHING you need!
What home did you rent? Holly gave us a "tour" of the 4 bedroom and we stayed in the 5 bedroom in Winsor hills.They are great. I liked the 4 bedroom a little bit better myself.........themed a little better. The 5 bedroom was huge. We stayed for 2 weeks during/after Thanksgiving 2006 and we didnt have 1 single issue come up.
Winsor hills is GREAT........you will love it. Holly will give you the Sherbeth rd. shortcut to get to WDW.......use it, its a fast way to get into the 'world". Just watch out for the left hand turn coming out of Winsor Hills........its tough to get out sometimes due to heavy traffic.

We are in the 4 bedroom Windsor Hills. Thanks so much for your reply- it really puts me at ease. I think the kids are more excited about having their "own" pool than anything else. We are really looking forward to staying at this home. Last trip we stayed at French Quarter and it was nice but I think we will like this even better.

We REALLY wanted to stay in the 4 Bedroom home........but it was already reserved for 1 of the 2 weeks of our stay. Holly and Mark gave us the option of switching over after the first week, but in the end we just stayed the whole 2 weeks in the 5 bedroom home. They were VERY accomodating........and gave us the 5 bedroom house, for the price of the 4 bedroom........because of the 2 week stay. We couldnt complain! Holly did give us a tour of the 4 bedroom home and its great! Are your kids fighting over the bedrooms yet??? Mark and Holly did an awesome job of decorating, and "theming" the bedrooms........you will love it.
Did Holly give you all the last minute arrangment info yet? She should give you her cell phone number.......so when arrive in Orlando, you can call them and she will meet you at the house. If you need any contact info, let me know.
BTW........Mark and Holly live almost directly across the lake from the 4 and 5 bedroom homes. If you need anything they are there to help you........otherwise they wont bother you.
Oh yea.........Watch out for the alligators in the lake.........they are there, we have seen them!
