Help with ride timing - Animal Kingdom?

I was able to get a FOP for 4 of us at 4:05. Some of our party has a dinner reservation at Sanaa at 5:40.

If they get in line for FOP by 4:00 will they have enough time to make dinner at Sanaa? They can uber if they have to.
