Help with restaurant selections!

I am trying to plan some wonderful meals for our short 3 night visit to WDW in Jan. I know that we for sure have to eat at the Yachtsman Steakhouse but then I'm torn between Citricos, Narcoossee's and Cali Grill......need some suggestions PLEASE!!! Any other places that I should consider or put on the list? I know I am ordering a celebration cake for my birthday so I need to consider a resort with a bakery to get the cake I want. Thanks so much!!!

I've never been to Narcoossee's.

As far as deciding between Citricos and Cali Grill, my two favorites, it depends on the ambiance you want. I think the food is equally as good at both places. Cali Grill is more boisterous and not as relaxing. But the view can't be beat!
Citricos is a much quieter, intimate dining experience, and I think I prefer that setting more.
You can't go wrong with either one though, so close your eyes and point!

go wrong with any of them. Each has a slightly different focus in my opinion but they also have selections outside their main focus. California Grill tries to be more cutting edge to reflect the trends coming out of the state. Narcoossee's is more seafood oriented. Citricos a little more meat centric. Though seafood centric Narcossee's will have beef and chicken and Citricos will have a couple of seafood choices trended toward the most common requested fish.

I would go with the primary theme you're interested in, cutting edge, meat centric or seafood. You'll be able to get a celebration cake at any by calling in advance.

These 3, in my order of preference are:

Citricos-excellent food and presentation in a (usually) quieter setting
Ca Grill-food is okay, view is amazing, restaurant is incredibly noisy
Narcoosees-beautiful setting but very casual rather than upscale, food is not the best (Flying Fish is so much better)
