Help with reserving park days in July.

We have a 4 day base ticket.
We are doing a split stay arriving at CCV on Sunday and then to CBR on Wednesday leaving for home on Saturday. We are not planning a park day on arrival.
Right now we have MK reserved on a Tuesday and HS on a Thursday.
What days should we go to AK and Epcot?
I know we would like to go to Epcot while being at CBR to use the skyliner. Is Friday a crowded day for Epcot in July?
Wednesday we will be switching resorts we could go to a park in the morning before check in. Then we will have Monday open also.
We may buy another day of tickets and make it a 5 day base.
With no extra magic hours to work around it’s hard to decide the best days for each park.

Honestly I don’t think it matters too much. If the FGF is still going on during your trip (not sure if it is) then I’d probably avoid EP on Friday.

I’m not sure if anything will be going on at Epcot.
