help with reservation

I'm confused and its just dawning on me now. We will be heading down to see the mouse 10/21 and staying at BCV a 2 brdm.
In the middle of our 7 nights we are told we need to move to another room for just one night. How does this work out with luggage, groceries etc.?? And does anyone have any suggestions around this? Thanks

Bell services can collect and store your luggage and perishables. No charge for this service, but don't forget to tip!

You may have to check in multiple times and receive different sets of keys for each room. Also note that you probably will not have access to a room between 11am and 4pm on the days you have to switch rooms.

What is the nature of the move? Did you have to book a different size accommodation for one of your days?
