Help with requests

Hi There,

We are going to stay at OKW for the first time with our 11 month old twins in Oct. We are staying 4 nights in a studio, than 5 nights in a 1BR.

Since location has never been an issue for us, I have no idea what I should do. I would like to ask for 1st floor rooms, and for the room switch to be as nearby as possible. What about location? Any suggestions?

Also, when should I contact OKW about our need for 2 cribs?

Thanks for any advice or direction. Babies make everything different!

Make sure you ask for 1st floor otherwise it might be tough hauling the babies and their stuff up the stairs. Elevators only in Bldg 62, 63 and 64 and these get requested all the time.

There will be one pack and play in the room when you arrive. If you need another, ask when you check in.

You'll have to check out by 11 AM and might not be able to check into your next location until after 4PM. There isn't any guarantee that you will be able to just relocate without a wait.

Will you have a car? You can ask Bell Services to hold your stuff until you can move into the one bedroom if you don't have a car.

We will indeed have a car. Do they still have cribs, or just pack n plays?

Each villa has one pack and play. They do have a few cribs, but you'll have to request that at check in.
