Help with relocating to central Florida.

DH and I have been talking about moving to FL once he has graduated from college for the past few years. We would be able to move in less than 3 years. While we were in WDW last week, I seriously thought that central FL is a place I could live. Now I would like to begin looking into relocating. Right now it is just DH and I, but once we are settled we will start having kids. We would like to move to a nice area somewhere in central FL with a good school system. Does anyone have any recommendations or tips? I would like to hear from people who currently live in the central FL area or people who relocated to that area. Does anyone know of a good book or computer software that I could use to help me? I have lived in Ohio my entire life so when DH moved from VA to OH, I was already familiar with the area and we had our family to help us. If we move to FL, we will have no one to help us. I would like to have all my ducks in a row before we take the plunge. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
