Help with Rayovac battery rebate for Toy Story 3, will this work?

The rebate states, by two 12 packs or larger to get $5 back. I bought two ten packs. However, you get ten batteries free. So, it really is a 20 pack (buy 10 batteries get 10 batteries free). On the package it states 20 batteries in the upper left corner, but also has the 10AA in the upper right corner of the package. I hope I explained this well. Will these packages work for the rebate? I paid $3.29 per pack, thanks to double coupon day.
