Help with question about the new Navi ears

So I saw the light up Navi ears on shop disney, I waited to get them until I went to the park so I could use my discount. When I went into the pandora store, I also saw ones that said Glow in the Dark. The cast member told me that they aren't glow in the dark, but rather have a glow in black light. When I was checking out, the cast member checked to make sure the lights on mine were working (they weren't) he told me I could grab another pair because people tend to try them and leave them turned on. I then mentioned again the ones that glow, not quite understanding if there's 1 pair of Navi ears that both light up, and glow in black light, or 2 separate pairs of ears, each doing something different. I still don't have an answer, and for some reason I can't find any info anywhere else. I even tried calling shop Disney, but they weren't much help. Any chance any of you guys know the answer?? As far as I've seen, there's only one pair of Pandora/Na'vi ears that lights up and glows- which is the ones with the flowers on them. They have lights on them and also have that bioluminescent material or coating that makes them "glow" in black light so that this happens when you're walking around Pandora at night.

The second pair of Na'vi ears are the ones with a headband and no flowers on it. Those don't glow or light up.
