Help with Pooh Baby Shower Cupcake picks

Hi!
I am working on a surprise baby shower for my son's teacher. I found a cute Pooh theme printable for a banner and diaper cake that I am doing. I just ordered yellow cupcakes and wanted to make cupcake picks for them.
Here is a link for what the banner is. If anyone is able to help me to design something that matches the banner that would be great...if not we will just have yellow cupcakes which is fine too!

Can you just use the pooh you posted and just print a bunch of them off?
I can't write on this in a circular fashion but if you were interested in it maybe someone else who can can personalize it
"Showers Of happiness" etc.

Thank you Mel! Actually, shrinking them down is perfect. I couldn't figure out how to make them smaller in the PDF file. Could you possibly shrink down the piglet and the blue tree too?? Thank you so much!
