I am not sure about the Annual Pass question, but I do know that there is a package discount available for February. You can find the info on the home page of the Dis. Do you have AAA? If you are looking for a room only discount, perhaps you can still grab a couple of rooms with the AAA discount?

Hi Shelly,
You must be very excited to be returning to WDW. There is a package code out right now that you could use but you'll have to hurry in booking because it expires 12/18.

The package is good for stays from Jan. 1 - Mar. 8, 2006 w/MLK weekend blacked out. You get a free upgrade to everyone's tickets with the code YQS. The upgrade includes free hopping and "Waterpark Fun & More" addons. This saves you about $85/ticket over getting the same features without the code. So for you, that would be nearly a $600 savings. Of course, it's only a savings if you would have added those features to your tickets anyway.

As for room-only discounts, you might find that a AAA membership is cheaper than an AP in the long run. Disney has changed the way they give AP holders a discount and it's kind of confusing. Instead of announcing AP rates and then having people purchase an AP after they've made the ressies, Disney has a "Best Rate" program. AP holders make their ressie online and must use their AP or voucher to access the reservation system. The ressie must be made at least 60 days in advance and it is secured with a non-refundable deposit. There's a very good explanation of the program at Mousesavers.com - WDW APH Resort Discounts .

Just a friendly reminder--typing in all caps is considered shouting (and it's hard to read). Hope you find a good deal for your trip. With that many people, have you considered renting a pool house offsite? Many of them are very close to Disney, your and your DH could have some privacy :) , and you can save a ton of money by eating breakfast at the house before you leave for the day. It's also easy to get cheap dinners that don't involve cooking (like sandwiches, or takeout pizza).

I know alot of people feel strongly about staying onsite, but for me there's nothing magical about trying to sleep in the same room as my toddler and preschooler ;)
