Help with photo pass site

Help Not sure where best to put this but we have been back two weeks and I am freaking out. I can't seem to get my photos I took loaded to the Disneys photo site. Is there a trick. It seems to go very slow or not work at all. I have been trying for days. Plese feel free to repost where this might fit better or tell me what to do We had a fantastic trip allthough it was very very hot. I need to write my trip report but wanted to get photo CD ordered.
