help with parking questions

Working on our next trip out west for a week up in San francisco and then a week of the convention next year. Budget is getting high so I followed everyone advice and stayed further down south in Garden Grove for the days in for 4 nights for 311.44. Question on parking does the Disneyland parking lots have in out privileges or do you have to pay each time we park? If so would be better off with ART? Thanks everyone.
