HELP with online check in!

Tonight is my online check in date. I signed in at 12:01 and I keep clicking on the online check in link, but it keeps bringing me back to my cruise details page! Help! What am I doing wrong?

On the page that says "My Cruise Reservations", there should be a link on the right side that says "online check-in." The night I was checking in, that link didn't show up until about 12:30am. Underneath your confirmation number on that page, there should be 3 links: View Details, Explore Activities, and Online Check-in. Is that the "online check-in" link you are clicking on?

So that link is not showing up for me and I am seriously aggravated. The other links you are referring to are there and I keep clicking on them but can't get anywhere! Ugh!

I hear you! I was beyond aggravated the night I was needing to check in. You can go ahead and book excursions and adult dining using the "explore activities" link even if you haven't completed the online check-in part.

The night I was trying to check in, I tried two different laptops, two different browsers on each laptop, plus our iPad. Then after 30 minutes of the link not showing on any of those devices, it finally appeared.

If you are using a computer try doing it on your iPhone/iPad. I have better luck getting through on my iPhone than computers. Good luck

I swear, I'm gonna scream…or cry . I've been up since 5 and all I really want to do is get my PAT and go to bed. It's 12:47 and the link still isn't showing up.

Several people have reported that the website has been having issues recently. Someone called and asked about it, and they said "we're having problems. We expect to fix them within 2 weeks".

So after staying up until 1 am and the waking all night to periodically check if the link was there, it finally showed up at 6 am and I got just what I wanted…a 10:30am PAT! It appears I was stressed over nothing! Live and learn

Try using a different internet explorer. I tried using firefox with no luck. No issues with Internet Explorer.

Sorry to interrupt, but What is the benefit of doing online check in right at midnight? We are arriving to the port from WDW using Disney transport. If doing online check in quickly affects when your PAT time is, will it matter for people like us? Since I won't know when my bus will be getting to my resort to pick us up until the night before?

From what I have been told, your PAT is linked to your boarding number, the earlier the PAT you pick the lower boarding # you get. But since you are riding the DCL transport, whenever you get there is ok, you will still get the same boarding # linked to the PAT you selected, even if you are late getting there.
