We have always rented a car since becoming DVC and DME stopping. I am looking into what it would take to not rent a car this time. We land at MCO 930pm 8/19 - need to get to CCV. 8/22 we switch hotels to the Renaissance Disney Springs. Then back to MCO 6am 8/25. My corporate rate on the rental car is $364 for the length of stay. two adults and one child travel party.
Mears bus to CCV - Disney bus to DS walk to Renaissance - Mears bus to MCO - yes?
OR is uber/lyft worth it?
We get free parking for CCV obv. I'm on points at Renaissance for room cost. It has a $45 resort fee and $30 parking fee as well. I was going to stay out at Flamingo Crossings when we were renting a car. There is no resort fee, breakfast and $15 parking. Basically I'm paying the resort fee to get the early entry and reliable Disney park shuttles, because shuttle situation isn't ideal out there. And I won't complain about another Joffreys or Main Street stop for breakfast
I am having a really hard time deciding on this. Not so much the price factor as the feasibility and convenience. We only have carry ons so not tons of luggage. Would you rent the car, take the bus, take an uber?
