Help with non disney options for points

Hi hope someome can help!

I was at disney when pandemic hit and I have lost so many points since then.

I have not stayed up to date on new rules i tried to call disney and it was a 110 minute wait.
looking for canadian options...have never used rci in the past. Not sure where to start. I missed another banking window by a day!

RCI is no longer an option. It is now Interval International.

Not sure of the particular details, but I recommend calling despite any crazy wait times and explaining the situation (Canadian travel difficulties, etc.) and see if they can make an exception and bank your points. If that doesn't work, then ask about other options. You never know, but they seem to be accommodating to international owners. They cannot help you if you do not ask for it.

Have you considered just renting your points and using the money for a different vacation? We rented points instead of going in March. With the money from the rental we booked an AirBnB in Puerto Rico and bought park tickets for a trip in October.

Log in to the web site and use the chat, it is much faster.
If you missed the banking deadline I’m not sure what they will do, that doesn’t sound pandemic related.

Consider renting the points to get back your dues (and more).

Hope you’ll be able to find a good use for your points. In any case, mark your calendar, set a reminder on your phone, post a note somewhere to remind you that the deadline is approaching each year!
