Help with nintendo DSI

Does anyone own a DSI? My DS9 got one for christmas and everytime he tries to get on the internet it tells him he doesn't have enough memory. What are we doing wrong?

If the website your trying to connect to has a bunch of graphics on it, it wont load on a dsi due to it not having enough memory.

Hmmm....my DD can get on Webkins on hers and it's pretty graphics-heavy.

Maybe you might want to call Nintendo tech support?

I think this is one of the sites he is trying to get onto and can't. We bought the DSI with the pre loaded mario games, clock, etc. I wonder if this has some effect on it.

I will call the tech support, do you think the phone # is with the books that came with the DSI. Can't you tell I am clueless?

I hope you can make it work! The main reason DD wanted to upgrade to a DSi was to get online. She'd be very frustrated if she were your son.

I just went to that site and I am playing with his DSI so I went to the webkinz site and it says I have to download the adobe flash player and it won't let me, I am going back to that site and see if I can find any more info about that. Thank you!

How'd you do that? We couldn't get flash to play those on my DD's DSI.

Stupid question I am sure but can you get onto FB on the DSI?
