Help with National Coupon

I need help getting the National coupon from Entertainment Book online. I signed up for my free trial, clicked through the email, but all it gives me is my local area. If I go outside that, I get a National coupon that says it's not valid to be printed. Can anybody help me save $20 on my car rental with this coupon? TIA!

Is this printable coupon for everyone or just those with an Entertainment Book? I see it is also listed on Mousesavers now, but when I plug it in, it lists as Entertainment Book 2005.

Ok, quick question about this coupon. I already have a reservation using the Priceless contract ID--can I add this coupon to it? I tried a new reservation with the coupon AND the Priceless ID, and it gives me a great rate, but the link for that coupon says that I need to enter the coupon code and also the contract ID listed underneath the coupon ID.
Can I combine the coupon ID with the Priceless contract ID?
Hope this makes sense.
