Help with my (limited) resort options

THE DOLPHIN!!! No question..the boys will love the Boardwalk at night..espn club, arcade,Epcot and MGM are right there..Great food ,bike rentals..its the best area!!!!:woohoo:

Call Disney direct don't go through Travelocity and ask for discount codes...you should get something as they are running specials March thru May. I saw one yesterday for SSR and OKW which are suites.

I'm willing to give that a try. Are the codes there for the asking or do you have a source to obtain them from? My biggest problem seems to be that we are a family of 5 and that rules out so many options and the remaining 5 rooms are either booked or very expensive. But things seem to change constantly.

So this morning, 2 rooms opened up at CBR and I am booked into that and dropped :sad1: my single(4p) room at AKL. At least for now I have a place to stay for my family of 5! :goodvibes I'll continue to check and see if other things open up. From your responses here and reading many other threads, the EPCOT resort area looks great and would indeed be a ideal fit for us. Plus we have never stayed in that local before and it would be something new! We'll keep trying.

Just curious...what dates are you looking for? I booked a few trips for April and CR and YC were available. I could PM you if I see something open up.

Thanks to all the responses, that and all the various threads here have been great help to sort out the many options. Lots of great things and suggestions pointed us towards the Epcot Resort area. Plus we have never stayed in that spot so it adds something new for us. And special thanks to PrincessNoelle'smom who stepped in and helped us find a good spot and a great deal.:thumbsup2 Disney Specialist TA.:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 So we are set for 6 nights at BC :woohoo:

Now, gotta start working on my ADRs

I love the Swan and Dolphin. Have stayed in each previously.

However, with 3 teenage boys, I think that it would be a squeeze. DW, DS 4, DS 2 stayed there 2 months ago in the Swan (which may be a tad smaller in the rooms due to the Queen size beds) and it was a squeeze with the crib. My wife also complains that there isn't much storage either in the rooms for luggage etc. The Dolphin rooms I believe have double beds, not queens, so 2 teenagers sharing those would not be a good scenario based on the times when I had to share a bed with my brother on the family trips.

Can't beat the location though of the Dolphin...

Can use AAA discount at Picabu and the Dolphin fountain which saves 20% making it a little more reasonable...
