Help With My Junk Computer Read!

Ok Well, First. Heres the thing my brother took back his computer i use for vmk with, a good graphics card and everything to hook up to the projector to play his stupid ghost recon, rainbow six, need for speed underground 1 and stuff. Etc. now he hooked me up with the Real Computer that has ALOT of problems. note, its a dell dimension 3000, and here are the problems, i cant seem to find or know how to change the setting so that the image is smaller, all the icons on the DESKTOP are huge.. Ugh. Next Problem. the keyboard will work randomly when i turn it on as in, when its fully done turning on, the keyboard wont type unless i restart, and it works randomly, second i spilled jucie on the keyboard, so the space is stickey, that might be why there are no spaces, and if i try to hook the keyboard up next to me, there is no chance whatsoever. LASTLY the biggest problem of all, and this is the worst which i hate, When i try to long into vmk, it says a error occured, and it says please send this so we can fix it Etc, and then the whole page closes, everytime i try. My Brother says he can fix it in the morning, when i go to school, and he fixes computer, at his college, so i think it will not be a big deal, but other then that, i was wonderign if any of you Dis'ers, ( dont know how to spell that sorry ) could help me fix like any of those problems, it would be very thoughtful if you could, YOUR Clueless, friend the 11 year old, Mikey.. which is going to be twelve soon enough.

Nevermindi just figured out withoutthat graphics card, it wont go any smaller! what a junker, now all i need for my birthday, is a new graphics card, MAYBE even a new computer, well thanks anyways, i have to go eat and then to bed, i have school tomorrow so ill be backaround Three, bye Dis.

ok let me address your problems


Keyboard

You spilt juice on it...thus probably burning it out you will need a new keyboard.


Graphics card

All computers have to have a graphics card:

Graphics are definitely the weak spot for the Dimension 3000 as it is for most budget systems. It uses the Intel Extreme 2 integrated graphics which has very limited 3D capabilities. To make matters worse, the system lacks and AGP or PCI-E slot for a graphics upgrade. So upgrading your graphics card will not be possible. Also this computer is a Celeron D which is a problem all unto it's self.



Font or to make icon smaller

Right click anywhere on the desktop where there is not an icon...you will get a pop up click on properties then settings change your resolution to 1280 by 768 or to what ever you find pleasing.

Ok This IS It! I Cant Take IT Anymore, Day Two Of MY Junker, i have installed, drivers, to make the screen better, vmk works but it will close at times and crash more, Im getting tired of logging back in, this is like the 56th ttry on VMK! Arg! any suggestion before i yell and push my computer at out the window?

ill need it, i had such a good one until my brother took it, UGH! SCREAMS -_- i cant go into my boot hill shooting gallery room anymore, that i was trying to work on, then if i use fire fox, the chairs are invisible! and yet there is still a problem
