Help with Moderates

It seems like the Moderates are going through a construction, renovation process. We are looking at Coronado Springs but right now it looks like 7a and 8a are renovated 1 and 3 are under renovation now. We are looking at October 2019 will there be more done? And can you request a renovated room but there is no guarantee correct? Port Orleans Riverside is going through a renovation process to correct? And the Caribbean Beach Resort from what I heard is a total mess right now. Any 3 would be nice but we like the look of the renovated rooms on some of these.

They are building a new tower at CSR, CBR is a real mess right now and POFQ is the PO having room refurbishment done. They are supposed to be done at POFQ in May 2018 then they will do POR. So if you plan on visiting in October 2019, there's a good chance both POR and POFQ will be finished and maybe CSR.
