Will be in Orlando 6/18-6/22. How crowded will MK, Universal and IOA be? Plan to stay Wed night at WDW hotel. Plan to stay on site at Universal hotel. How long will the wait be for Fri and Sat, 15 minutes/ride? Are the lines shorter on Thurs? Appreciate any suggestions for discount rates for RP or budget on-site WDW hotels. Anything else to do at Universal, other than Universal Studios and IOA? Do not have car.

Some people have reported good rates on Hotwire for the Universal hotels check out www.betterbidding.com for more info. I got a rate of $125 at HRH with my Entertainment card. Can't help on the questions about crowds, but you might ask on the Universal board here.
