help with memory maker post-trip

hiya,

i just got back from a trip with my aunt and cousin. my aunt purchased memory maker before our trip on her MDE account. we didn't know we had to link the MM to our bands, and were just using the card at each photographer. on our last day, we went to one of the photo shops and the CM helped link all the photos from the card to our account and our bands.

now, only my aunt can see all of the photos (ones put on our bands and the card) + has the option to download them. when i go to my MDE account, i can only see photos that the photographer put on my band, none of the ones that were put on the card. is there something she is supposed to do to connect them to us? or is only one person allowed to download them? i have no problem getting the photos from her, just wanted to know if there was a step we missed.

Only the person who memory maker is assigned to can download the pictures for free. Your aunt will need to download them all and share them with whoever wants them (or just share her MDE password).
