Argh I think I have a severe case of Disneyitis! Planning has gone into overdrive thanks to having to fit in BBWWS! We had planned to do Steakhouse Brunch that day and we were purposefully getting an early shuttle to get there in time, now I need to swap in a lunch (as we'll be starving after a 5am start and won't be able to wait until 18:30) which has thrown everything out! argh!!

I can't believe it's only 24 days away! Does anyone else ever feel like they are planning for months and months (we booked in September and originally had all our meals planned back in January!) and then it kind of creeps up on you!! It still doesn't quite feel real yet!

The other eateries we need to fit in are... Walts, Hunters Grill, Cafe Mickey (for Pizzas as trying to stretch the budget!!) Agrabah and Buzz Lightyears Pizza Planet (purely for DS and depending on whether it's open or not as never seems to be when we're there!) We originally intended to do Cafe Mickey on an evening due the better atmosphere but as we're only going to order Pizzas I think we'll do this on the Sunday when we get there to keep us going til BBWWS.

So... Monday we'll be in Paris for the day so I'm thinking Hunters Grill once we're back will be nice and simple.
Tues, Weds, Thurs will be Walts, Agrabah & Pizza Planet. I was going to do Walts on the Tuesday but I think I will shift that to the Wednesday so not to have done all the best meals in the first 2 days! Around these meals we'll just grab sandwiches from the station. We have had to plan very carefully to budget properly. Oh how I wish we could just go with the flow once we're there!!

Any thoughts would be welcome! I was thinking of doing Pizza Planet when we get there on the Sunday instead but worry that'd be too much food in one day (we're not big eaters) but then we could do cafe mickey on an evening instead. Are lunchtimes really not as good as evenings?? We absolutely loved our spur of the moment evening at Cafe Mickey last time but would feel a bit 'cheap' going there on an evening and not ordering proper meals IYKWIM. Although if I left this til our last evening depending on other spends we could possible get a proper meal instead.

Gah I don't know!! I just want to print off my planner as have been printing all the tickets etc off today and making up 'the disney file'

I know I'm so over thinking all this! :rotfl:

Ok.. perhaps this is more evenly spaced...

Sunday L- Pizza Planet - D-BBWWS
Monday -L - Paris - D - Hunter Grill
Tuesday - L - Agrabah D - Sandwiches
Wednesday L- Sandwiches D- Cafe Mickey
Thursday L - Walts - D - en route back to Kent.

So I'm now officially talking (or posting rather) to myself. Shoot me now.

I think that sounds very well planned. :)

From what I've heard I don' think BBWWS is loads and laods of food. So having a buffet at lunchtime won't mean you're too full. :)

Mines creeping up too. Would you cast your eye over our rough meal plana nd see what you think? (Sorry tell me off if I'm hijacking your thread!)

T - arrive midday 2pm Inventions (Snack/Earl/hotdog later for dinner if we want something)

W - Blue Lagoon lunch (Snack/Earl/hotdog later for dinner if we want something)

T - Snacky lunch - Walts 6.30pm Dinner

F - Earl lunch before train.

I seem so unorganised compared to you! This is what we have planned

Tuesday - nothing
Wednesday - Cafe Mickey @ 6:30pm
Thursday - Eiffel Tower @ 1pm
Friday - nothing
Saturday - Tgv home @ 6:30pm

I am not a person for planning in advance!

That looks good to me :goodvibes I like the idea to leave Cafe Mickey until last so you know how much money you will have to spend on the meal. Don't forget also that the exchange rate is very good at the moment so you will get more Euros for your pounds than usual.

Really cafe mickey is the only meal that tends to get booked up so as long as you can be flexible with where/ what time you eat I think it is fine to wait and see when you get there. I like to have our meals planned and a rough idea of when we will fit in each of our must dos because then I don't have to worry about it when we are there or find that we have one afternoon left and still 10 things on the list. :rotfl2:

What we tend to do is just play it by ear and book when we get there. If places are full then thats it. It doesn't bother us too much. Its just the two of us so we are pretty easy going! :cool2:

We never planned either when we went just the two of us! Those were the days! Although we were trying to remember where we ate and couldn't! I remember eating at Annette's and a place in Paris but who knows what we did on the other 2 days! However, if I'd have known about the DISBOARDS back then we'd have got so much more done and known where to eat!

That's what I thought, I'm so glad the exchange rate is looking healthier now! Although knowing our luck it'll crash down a week before! We looked into buying shares when they were 4.00 a piece, they shot up to 4.20 when we had the money to buy and yesterday they were at 3.85! Just our luck!

We are taking all cash so I am just watching and waiting for a good day to buy. :goodvibes Could have got E1.21 to the pound today using Thomas Cook reserve and collect but held my nerve and hoping it may go up a bit more.
