Help with MDE???

We took a large family trip last year and I had all of the Magic Bands linked to my MDE account. I need to remove all these people (I hate clutter) but it says I can't on some of them because they still have active admission or plans. I know positively they don't have anything active. How can I figure this out?

I don't think they can be removed until you or they set up their own MDE.
