Help with making online ADRs

This will be our first time going with the online system. We are going over New Year's so I'm nervous about getting our ADRs. What do you think--is the online system trustworthy or should I call like before? What time does the online system start working?

Also, I made the reservations through AAA--what number do I use to register with the online system? I've had trouble using the reservation number my AAA agent gave me. I'd appreciate all advice--I feel like a newbie again with the online system!!!

We had no problem booking our ADRs with the online system for Thanksgiving week. We didn't book an ADR for Thanksgiving day, but those that did had to call as the online system was not available for that day. You may have a similar exprience with New Year's Eve, maybe not. Everything else that week was bookable online though. I made 13 ADRs online and only 1 on the phone (tea at the GF, which isn't bookable online).

The system is completely trustworthy and any ADRs you make there will be the same as those made via the phone. Occasionally the online system (as with anything online) goes down, but I'd still be online at 6am to try. On the very off chance that the system is down you can call at 7am.

Thank you! Is there a way to get a list of all the restaurants you want so that each time you go to make a res, you don't have to look at a list of every restaurant on site? I tried to make a favorites list, but not every restaurant in EPCOT was listed--any ideas? Thank you so much!!!

In the light blue banner across the top of this page, you'll see DIS Home, Theme Parks, Resorts, Dining....click on dining, and you will see several different links for restaurants. One of them is complete list of restaurants (or something to that effect. You can narrow your search by park/resort, etc.
