Help with making deposit please!

Hi, first time Disney cruiser here. I put a hold for a Wish cruise on Thursday and the 20% deposit is due today at 11:59pm Eastern. I've tried making the deposit payment online (twice now), but wasn't routed to a confirmation page of payment made, nor did I receive an email confirmation of payment being made. And when I go back to the "Make a Payment" screen, it's still showing the deposit as outstanding. I don't want to lose my reservation as it's exactly the Category we wanted. Does anyone know if it just takes awhile for the deposit payment to process and/or if I should've received a confirmation of payment of some sort? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
 
Thanks, I’ve tried mobile and laptop and various browsers, all the same result...no payment confirmation. The app won’t load any of my info. This stinks :mad:
 
I think its to late it had to be done by 11:59 pm EST. You can try to rebook the stateroom again once the holds come off and then you have another 3 days to make deposit payment.
 

The same thing happened to me last week for my July 11 booking. I tried for 2 hours to make payment and it would not go thru. I tried to get the cabins back after midnight when my reservations canceled and no luck. When I called the next morning I spent 45 minutes on the phone and they were able to reinstate the booking but at a higher price and guarantee status. I ended up making a new reservation for August sailing.
 
Next time try an incognito window too. I hate waiting to the last minute to pay these things, because something always goes wrong. Hope it works out.

Sorry to hear this happened to you too. Likewise, I tried to get the cabins back in the wee hours, but they were $500 more total and only guarantee status. I’ve booked a couple of 3-days for now and will just keep checking back for the 4-day cabins I’d prefer.

Ah, I forgot about incognito, I’ll keep that in mind, but really, I will just pay upon booking for now on to avoid this issue altogether!
 
Careful... I tried one time to make a payment. It didnt show a confirmation either and was billed three times. I eventually got my 2300 dollars back but it did take some time. I would call.
