Help with Kodak Easyshare

I have finally gotten all of my October WDW pics uploaded to my computer. However, now I want to burn them to 2 disk, in a specific order. Is that even possible? I have asked my aunt to make my boys a DVD for their b'day and would like the pics already in order when she gets the cd's. Not to mention, I would like to print them out according to parks and such, not randomly, since I can't print out all 490 pics at once... If anyone has any help they can offer I would LOVE some advice. Thanks in advance.

I would suggest saving each file using a number scheme (1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg, etc.). Do this using the Windows file manager of your choice, not your photo software.

Files are saved on a clean disk (any type, hard drive, CD, DVD, etc.) in order they are copied onto it. Windows (or your operating system) will display them in the order you have specified in your file manager (could be in the order you want, but probably not). Using a numbering scheme will allow your aunt to know which order they should be in.

There are many fast ways to rename your files, but I would suggest making a copy of them before you do that in case you want to retain the orgiginal untouched (especially if you use programs like Easyshare or Elements to maintain a catalog).

haven't use the kodak software in a while but i think you can add the pictures to the right hand column in any order you want then burn them to a cd or print them out ...ie all the mk pictures at one time, all epcot at one time...not sure it they actually would burn in the order they are in on the column or not though or by image #
