Help with Kindergarten graduation

OK Dissers.... I need some help! My ds6 kindergarten teacher just called me and asked if I would make the invitations for their graduation ceremony. She feels that I am one of the crafty moms, and I don't want to dissapoint her. She said that last years mom made a scrapbook style invitation. I can certainly do that- but I typically buy really cute invitation paper & do it on the computer. Does any one have any great ideas or pics of a great invitation? I know my fellow dissers will come through for me!

Heres one idea, something I've done for several party invitations. Do a treasure map looking invitation. You just print out whatever you want on word, then go to Staples or wherever and copy them (the ink from your computer will bleed). This one has Big Bird on it, but you can use anything - like an apple, or A+ or whatever. Its neat, and very inexpencive. If you want to go nuts, you can send them out in glass or plastic soda bottles for the authentic look!Just a thought!
