Help with kids activities

On our last trip our six and nine year old did the Grand Adventures in Cooking class and the Pirate Cruise from the Grand Floridian. I am planning ahead for our trip next summer and was wondering what else there is for them to do alone. Hopefully we will get them a spot on the albatross cruise since it will be the last year my daughter will be able to do it. We are not interested in either of the tea parties. Is there anything else that they can do on their own?

The albatross cruise looks like fun. How old will your kids be. I believe the oldest age for most of the activities is 10.

Next summer my dd will be 10 and my ds will be 7. This is why I really want to find at any activities for this trip because I figure my dd will over the age limit after this trip.

okay Disney experts.... are there any more kids activities that I am not aware of? I hope so.....
