help with itinerary 10/29-11/6

We are staying at CB We will be arriving sometime on the 29th as we are driving. After 2 days of driving the 29th will be an unpacking relax by the pool kinda day. I know US closes early the 30th and 31st. We also have a 3 park unlimited and plan on doing wet and wild one day gator world and my boys are going on a 1/2 day bass trip...so my thoughts were US for EE..then go to IOA when it closes. The next day I didn't know if to do IOA or go to wet and wild then go to IOA on the 1st of Nov...then thought fishing on the 2nd...and maybe Gatorland on the 3rd and then do a couple half days at the park...and we leave early on the 6th...should we do back to back days at parks or space a bit out.

if you are staying onsite at Cbay the entire time, maybe hit the parks on the november dates during the week.
crowds should be lower then.
once 10/31 passes, parks will get back to a lower crowd level for that first week of november.
