Help with images in Corel Paint Shop

Hi,
I know there is already a Tips Thread however, I need a little more asistance. Any and all info that anyone can share would be great.

I have Corel Paint Shop Pro installed. Now what?

How are folks making the black Mickey heads, putting names in them and a character next to it?

The names with a character scene in them?

The princesses in a circle with text around it?

I have no clue where to begain. PLEASE HELP!!!
