Help with HONEYMOON ADR's!

We will be honeymooning at WDW Aug15-20 on the free dining plan. We will have a total of 10 TS credits, but I'm not sure the best way to use them.
So far we have dinner ADRs at:

Kona Cafe
Mama Melrose (Fantasmic Package)
Le Cellier
CRT
1900 Park Fare

I think I'm going to switch 1900 Park Fare for the California Grill which would put us 4 TS credits over what the plan includes.

1. Are there any restaurants we should add or switch?

2. Any reviews of the ones I've picked out?

3. Which of these should we pay OOP for?

4. Would it be feasible to share a meal at the California Grill?

go for the california grill for the food not the fireworks dh and i went last year on our honeymoon for the free dining i would take out 1900

tonys in mk would be good
crystal palace for lunch is also very good
i would try biergarten in germany(epcot) very good food there also
for a good spot for illuminations i would suggest rose and crown we did san angel last year and the food was terrible

we ate at le cellier also we thought the only good thing was their cheese soup
we also had some good counter services that i could help you with as well

Is san angel inn on the dining program because I think its the most romantic restaurant in disney world!
Other restaurants I think that are pretty romantic:

Palio
Marrakesh
Bistro de Paris
California Grill
Citricos
Victoria and Albert's
Ohana is definitely NOT romantic but after a dinner at Ohana (which is still a lot of fun..) you can take a very romantic stroll down to the beach to watch Wishes.

I've never been to 1900 Park Fare but my understanding is that it's usually packed with a lot of families. It depends on what kind of atmosphere you'd enjoy for dining.
