Help with getspecialgifts.com

I know this was posted awhile back but Ican't find the post anymore. Does anyone have a good 800 # to contact them? It's been almost 8 weeks and it still says "not reported" under the status area. I was hoping to get my gift card before I left for WDW but at this rate maybe not. Thanks for your help!

I gave up with them. The number wasn't correct and now when I go to the site it doesn't even recognize me. They probably had it with all the emails I sent them and took me off their list. I have to report them to the BBB.
