Help with GAD

I found an opportunity for me and my DS. They e-mailed me with the date and I confirmed. They kindly reminded me to complete the Disney form.
I filled everything out, and Disney would not accept it because it is more than 60 days away. Now it is the day I can complete the form, and the opportunity is not listed anymore. I don't know what to do. I know you have to have the Disney part done before you volunteer, but how can I do it if it is not there anymore? The link that Disney sent doesn't work.
Any help will be appreciated!

Since you have confirmed with the volunteer organization, I'd call the help line and see what you need to do to complete registration.

I called the number today, and the cm that I talked to could not find the info.
We were on the phone for about 1/2 hour and she tried everything. She never did find it but told me she'll keep looking and call me back.
She told me that if she doesn't return my call, I should go ahead and do the volunteering, and call back after I'm done. They will do everything for me.
She told me not to worry, so I'm not going to. Things will work out I'm sure.
