Help with flights for August 2009

Myself and my two daughters are hoping to return to Disney in August 2009(3 adults). We are looking to book DIY as we did in 2005 using Dreams Unlimited for All Star Movies booking.

At present i have been quoted a MOD leisure fare with Virgin at £420 plus tax etc of £250 giving total of £670. This is a flat rate fare which is the same all year round and booking is the same 11 months before as with other scheduled flights. I know there are some experts out there and hoped for some advice as to whether this is competative or not? We will all be travelling out on about 13/08/09 with one daughter returning on 31/08/09 and the rest returning around 08/09/09.

I think the price is about right for what it is as you want to go on a specific date. You can get good flight deals on Virgin nearer time if you are prepared to be flexible on dates (and avoid flying weekends) £350pp round trips can be had but as it's in Summer School holidays, you'd possibly struggle.
