Help with Epcot

Could someone please please help me out. The day we leave Disney we would like to spend the morning at Epcot,we don't have to be back at WL until 2.We would like to see as many characters as possible but I was hearing that sometimes they usually don't start appearing until noon or so,is this true?
Also does anyone know what time the bus starts making its rounds?? The one with all the characters on it. Does anyone happen to have an extra time guide from just Epcot,that would be helpful.Also what time do the characters start appearing at the lands,etc?? We really want to see the Beast. Thanks for any help.

I've heard many many times on the boards that the Princess Breakfast at Norway is a wonderful way to get time with the face characters, not the costume ones.
Our kids were way too old by the time this breakfast came up, so I've not had first-hand experience.
The princesses are all there and the interaction is reputed to be relaxed and timely.
