HELP with DTD Scrapbook Store!

I just found this forum and have already posted twice!

I have a quick question. I bought a blue leather Disney album with a silver medallion of the castle at the scrapbook store in DTD this past June. I would like to get a second one because I have too many pages for one book. Does anyone have the phone number of the store? Will they send me a book if I will pay for it over the phone?

I have checked Ebay and everywhere else on-line and cannot find this book anywhere! HELP!!!!!!!!!

First, I don't have the answers you are looking for, but I can ease your mind a bit.

1. I know the album you are talking about. I saw it at the end of September, so they still carry it. It wasn't exclusive to the DTD store. I saw it in several shops.

2. My DH in the past has been able to order things from home. He didn't have item numbers, just descriptions. However, I don't have the number.

3. If you don't get a response here, try the theme park board -- I have seen this question posted before. You may not get the scrapbook store number itself, but the number for ordering in general.

We were in DTD on Monday and the store seemed to be closed and had a sign that there was a Design your own t-shirt store going to be opening up there.

If you still have your receipt (or any receipt from a WDW store) there's probably a phone number for merchandising on it you can call to order the album. I'm assuming it's the same for the parks as the cruises... We took a cruise over the summer and I spoke extensively with the merchandising manager. She told me anything they sold in the stores on the ship could be purchased by calling the phone number on the receipt. As long as they still had whatever it was I wanted in the warehouse it could be purchased, with shipping & tax added of course.

If that doesn't work, I'm sure you can find someone here on the DIS that's going soon to purchase an album and send it to you.

If all else fails, you can contact www.laughingplacestore.com - they will do customized shopping for you - just know you it'll cost you 10-15% more than it would've buying it yourself. World of Disney has a scrapping section too - but there's no telling if they carry that scrapbook or not. It'll be most helpful if you can provide the merchandising folks with the SKU number from the back of the album or your receipt. DO try the merchandise folks first!

I called 407-363-6200 and ordered some scrapbook things I saw on ebay on Wed... they found it right way no problem... try them!!!
