We have stayed at all three of the DLH and I have to say that the
Disneyland Hotel is my favorite if you stay in the Sierra Tower and are on the top floor with a Downtown Disney view. Even better, if you get concierge service, you can go to the concierge lounge about a half hour before the fireworks start, grab a table by the window and watch from there while you are munching on goodies. They pipe in the same music they are playing at the park while the fireworks are going on and they even open up the sliding windows for an even more damatic effect.
They do basically the same thing at the Grand Californian on the concierge level, but it costs more to stay there and for the conceirge service. The Paradise Pier Hotel is the farthest from the park, but you can still see the fireworks if you have a room that faces the park.
