help with discounts

Hi all, Ive been reading on this forum about discounts using the Brits Guide.
I have never heard of this before. My questions are,
Is this brits guide a book ?
Where can it be bought ?
Would it apply to us, considering we are flying from Ireland
What kind of discounts apply, food ,shopping etc.

Also because we will be there for longer this time, my 14 year old daughter and 14 year old cousin are mad to go shopping to this outlet village becide Sea World, (they are both into sports clothes, reebok, nike etc) has anyone been, if so any ideas if its much cheaper than what we would normally pay.
(ie. hoodies aprox 50 euro, trackie bottoms 40-50 euro,) would love to be able to save some money if i could!!!!!!!

Yes the Brits guide is a book- a new version came out in February and its full of useful info and tips but the only discount on it is the voucher for Planet Hollywood.
A lot of people on the board get discount through annual passes or being a shareholder.

We were disappointed with the outlet - La Vallee. It was very small and there didnt seem to be a significant discount. I think we are spoilt at home by being close to Cheshire Oaks where we often come home with bags and bags of stuff for next to nothing

As stated the discount is with showing the book to the Planet Hollywood restaurant.

Annual passports and shareholders discounts depending on your stay will offer better opportunities for discounts

I don't think the outlet will offer what you want in terms of sports gear. Some of the shops are nice and for those of us with GBP they do still seem to offer a saving for example I find H&M cheaper and I stock up on all my makeup at Sephora.
