Help with dis radio

Im not sure where to post this so move if necessary. I was trying to listen to the new Dis Radio posted at the top of these boards. I downloaded what it said to and now when it plays it is only on for like 6 seconds and then it cuts off for 20 seconds or so and starts again only for about 6 seconds. Can anyone help me with what is going on here? Thanks so much- I would love to be listening to Disney music!!!

What type of internet connection are you on (dial-up, cable, etc.)? Live 365 can also be a little bit dicey at peak listening times, though it usually doesn't last too long.

I have dial up- wish I had high speed, but thats another story. I was trying to listen earlier today also and it was doing the same thing. Do you think if I just keep it playing it will finally play a whole song? I so want it to work! Thanks for the input.

I would try again later tonight. Chances are in this case the main issue is your internet connection, followed by the number of connected users.

If you go to www.live365.com and look under Sountracks (here: http://www.live365.com/cgi-bin/directory.cgi?genre=soundtracks ) there are several stations that play Disney music; my personal favorite is Radio Buena Vista, which is music from the parks. Some stations may work better for you than others. leaving it playing for a while may allow it to "ballance out", so give it about 5 minutes before you give up on a station.

Okay, Im still having trouble. Does anyone else have this kind of problem with the Dis Radio? I have been on for 30 mins. and it only came on once for about 10-15 seconds and then cut off. I am clicking on the link at the top of the disboards and have also tried the link that Blind Tyldak posted. If anyone has had this happen to them please let me know what you did to correct it. Thanks a million!!

Not to be a downer but I had nothing but bad luck when I tried to listen to Live365 with dial-up. It just didn't happen! I had to give up on it. I finally was lucky enough to go broadband. You may just have to turn up the CD player and get some Disney CDs! Maybe someone else will have some better news to offer but that was my experience with it .... sorry
