Help with details on vero beach's beach area

Please help as we leave next week for vero beach and I'm so clueless and hate that feeling. Ciuld y'all help me with info about the beach area at VB. Is it a far walk from the inn--are there refreshments by the beach or do you have to bring your own--how do you work that if you are flying? Are there organized beach activities or just at the pool area? Would you recommend bring rafts noodles or not. We are traveling with our DD6. We are there 3 days...
Any helpful hints, tips etc. would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

We went last August with our kids (all in their 20's) so I have limited knowledge about activities. There is a turtle walk at night on the beach to see sea turtles at certain times of the year. We rented jet skis. Chairs, cabanas and umbrellas can be rented on the beach. The beach is a very short walk from the Inn. Great pool area with many activities. There is a snack bar at the pool but not on the beach, once again a short walk to the snack bar from the beach. I know you'll have a great time.

I noticed next to the front desk their is a large 3 day schdule up to help plan your activities. They had the activities broke up by age group. It look's like a lot of activities are planned throughout the day. Susan
