Help with design

Hi,
I am trying to make a design for a t-shirt but for the life of me I can not figure out how to use my new Corel Paint shop. I have this image and I am trying to make "I Have Been Chosen" in text with the picture filling in the text. Wondering if anyone could help out. Thank you!
